Deserving Spot

     On the number one spot in the ranking to be the biggest film songs to ever hit over the years is "You Light up My Life” by Debby Boone that was originally recorded by classically trained singer Kasey Cisyk for use in the movie and was remade for the soundtrack album by Pat Boone's daughter Debby is considered to be worthy of its position since it was a wonderful soundtrack.

            The soundtrack well deserve its position for it is such a beautiful soundtrack perfectly combined with the film and it also give many advantages for the positive result of the movie and a lot of positive feed backs to the film.

            According to film composer Bernard Herrmann, “I feel that music on the screen can seek out and intensify the inner thoughts of the characters. It can invest a scene with terror, grandeur, gaiety, or misery. It can propel narrative swiftly forward, or slow it down.

     It often lifts mere dialogue into the realm of poetry. Finally, it is the communicating link between the screen and the audience, reaching out and enveloping all into one single experience”.

            It can be observed that the title “You Light up My Life” can be notice that is a positive movie since it was all about giving life or giving reason to have life and which can give encouraging lessons because it was all about giving reason to live the life of someone or something.

            The soundtrack is perfectly combined with the movie and they are related to each other that is why the movie is such a beautiful and wonderful to watch by the viewers or audiences.

                According to studies, soundtracks in movies is such a great help for the films since it develops the emotional landscape of the movie and it have an enormous impact on people watching the film.

            You Light up My Life is one of the biggest film songs to hit over the years for the positive feed backs of the people or the viewers and it is perfectly combined with the film and also it add spice and color to the film to make it more recognizable and unforgettable.
